I contacted Tonic Weight Loss to discuss my options. I was offered a telephone consultation with Mr Awad at a time and day convenient to myself. Prior to this I completed a comprehensive medical questionnaire and during the call Mr Awad not only confirmed all of this with me, he also discussed treatment options available to me, the procedure itself and explained that I would be sent all the info I needed to make an informed decision, which happened. This helped me to sit down with my family, talk with friends about my decision, and to be able to explain things to them with no pressure attached. On the day of my surgery, Mr Awad again explained everything to me, answered all my questions and provided me with my post op information. All of this was done calmly and concisely which put me at ease. Hours after my surgery Mr Awad came to see and updated me on how things had gone, which were all very positive and he also came to see me before discharge to ensure I had everything I needed. I am now 3 months post surgery and have just had my final call with Mr Awad. It was lovely to hear that I am fully healed now from my surgery.

My experience has been excellent, the dr explained everything to me in great detail before the procedure so I knew what to expect as well as after surgery. I would recommend DR awad & his aftercare team they have been very helpful with daily calls & any questions I had, really great support.

From my first consultation with Mr Awad to my follow up call 3 months after surgery everything has been seamless - in fact I do wonder if I had actually had the sleeve as I feel so good!!! I'm now 3 stone down and feel the best I've ever done and I can genuinely say this is because of Mr Awad. He made me feel very at ease from the outset, and I've had a very smooth recovery since surgery. I would highly recommend.

I had my gastric sleeve surgery 12 weeks ago and couldn't be more pleased with the results. I couldn't recommend MR Awad and the tonic team more, the care and service they have provided has been excellent. On the day of my surgery i was so nervous but as soon as i had my pre op with Mr Awad he put me at ease and was so reassuring. After the procedure he came to check on me again reassured me that all went well in surgery. I had originally booked elsewhere ( a well known clinic) however i was messed about so much and with 5 days to go they cancelled, this is when i decided to reach out to Tonic and they managed to get me booked in, i am so relieved that i made the right decision as they are always on hand with any query or concern i may have. They offer 2 years aftercare so you are not left to deal with any issues that may arise after the op. If you are thinking of gastric sleeve surgery then i highly recommend Mr Awad and his reviews say it all :)
